The café is home to our Barista & Customer Service Program, which teaches people ages 15 ½ - 24 valuable job and self-empowerment skills to help them on their path towards personal stability and financial independence. All food sold in our café is prepared in FareStart kitchens by professional chefs working side by side with students in our Food Pathways Program.

The FareStart Café is located in the lobby of Amazon’s Houdini North building and is open to the public.

SANDWICHES & SALADS
We offer a delicious assortment of salads, sandwiches and desserts, using the freshest ingredients and house-made, local products.
The prepared lunches in our café are also available to order as box lunches for your next corporate event or meeting. These can be pre-ordered and either delivered or picked up at our café.
Feeding our mission
The FareStart Café serves as classrooms for our students and help support our mission. We run this social enterprise businesses to train people on the job for future careers in barista and customer service industries.
